The Customer Service Advisor will be part of a busy team who provide pre and post sales advice on a range of Gardena, Flymo, and McCulloch products. The successful candidate will work within a team to ensure business response times are met.

Responsibilities / Key Tasks

  • Handling high volume telephone calls, emails, text, and chat in areas such as parts sales, warranty enquiries, general enquiries, and providing product information.
  • Supporting our end consumers, retailers, and our dealer network.
  • Ability to create cross-departmental relationships and to maintain good working practices to the company guidelines.
  • The position is office-based initially; once fully trained, this will be a hybrid role. Our office is based at Newton Aycliffe.

Additional Skills/Qualifications Required

  • Customer Service experience.
  • Willingness to work in a demanding and customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to focus on solutions rather than problems.
  • Confidence in managing customer expectations.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Applications.
