About the Role
We have vacancies at the Roman Baths for seasonal Museum Porters to join our award-winning Front of House team this Summer. The Roman Baths welcomes around 1 million visitors, and we are passionate about providing engaging experiences that bring family and friends together to create memories that will last a lifetime. This is an ideal opportunity to join our team with varying contract options, working in a busy, enjoyable, unique historical environment.
Duties include:
- Collecting and transporting audio guides from the museum exit to the main reception.
- Responding to visitors’ queries, such as helping them with directions.
About You
Applicants must have a good general education, with a high standard of personal presentation, a friendly manner as well as good customer care and communication skills. Experience of manual handling would be an advantage. Full training and a uniform will be provided.
