As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the spa and wellness areas and working as a support for the receptionist team. You should uphold the highest standards and ensure the guest experience is always in line with Nobu Hotel London Portman Square standards. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Ensure all areas of the Wellness space are kept clean and tidy
  • Sanitize treatment rooms after every client
  • Assist guests and members when needed with any questions or queries regarding our wellness and fitness facilities
  • Support the reception team where necessary by answering the phone, guest queries etc.
  • Be familiar with our facilities, treatments, and products offered in the wellness and fitness areas as well as the wider hotel
  • To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
