You’ll need to hold a basic Food Hygiene Level 2 and Level 3 qualification and be COSHH trained.

Responsibilities…

• Motivate and lead your team effectively.
• Oversee food production, quality, and presentation.
• Train team members to maintain standards.
• Monitor stock levels and manage supplier relations.
• Control stock security and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
