Pontoon is currently seeking a Registration and Licencing Administrator for our client, one of the world’s leading financial institutions. Join their team in London on a fixed-term maternity cover contract until September 5, 2025. As a Registration and Licencing Administrator, you’ll be responsible for handling associate registrations across the UK, Ireland, and France regimes. You’ll play a pivotal role in promoting compliance, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Initially the position will be fully office based whilst training and then moving to a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. What you’ll be doing: Assist the team in operational aspects of registrations, conducting due diligence before certification Support with weekly rota tasks, including terminations, monitoring, and reporting Foster a strong culture of compliance while promptly escalating any identified risks What we’re looking for: Background in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines Keen attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information Independent and proactive problem solver Proficiency in Windows app…
