- Manage key accounts efficiently, ensuring smooth handling from booking to successful delivery.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
- Handle customs import and export documentation with precision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight operations.
- Strong understanding of ocean freight documentation and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
