Our client is seeking a dedicated Part Time Executive Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. Position Details:

  • Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
  • Working Pattern: Part Time (Approx. 15 - 20 hours per week)
  • Salary: £26,650 - £28,000 pro rata, based on experience

What You'll Do:

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO, Company Secretary, and Head of Finance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Trustees: Prepare Board papers and attend Board meetings, ensuring all minutes are accurately recorded.
  • Document standardisation: Help standardise documents in line with organisational guidelines.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry on our accounting system and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including petty cash reconciliation.
  • General Administration: Complete various administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

Who You Are:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a senior administrator or personal assistant.
  • Proven ability to take minutes and provide board/committee support.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, with experience in accounting software (Xero preferred).
  • Basic bookkeeping skills.
  • A friendly personality that enables you to work effectively with senior staff members and Trustees.
  • A full, clean driving licence.
