Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager – 12 months

Interim Tax Job in London We are seeking a tax accounting specialist for an interim position in London, covering corporate tax compliance, tax reporting, and tax risk management. The role is for 12 months and offers an opportunity to work closely with numbers in tax. Reporting to the Head of Tax, this newly created position supports the evolution of the tax function during a finance transformation. The office is located in a desirable area of Zone 1 in London, with an attendance requirement of 3 days per week. The responsibilities include: Preparing tax returns and coordinating their completion with team members. Collaborating with the Head of Tax on SAO and risk reporting, and designing a controls testing programme. Leading the year-end tax reporting process and liaising extensively with the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or tax accounting, experience working with large data sets and spreadsheets, and strong collaboration skills to liaise effectively with tax team members and other departments such as finance and internal audit. This role offers a valuable 12-month experience in UK direct tax within a reputable company, with exposure to modern IT systems.
