Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour applies. Additional payments may vary by location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly; options for fewer hours (minimum 12) are also available. We schedule your hours within the availability windows, with 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. We support flexibility and welcome close matches to advertised times.
