You should be well-organised, experienced in retail administration and manual handling, possess strong management abilities, and have a creative flair (e.g., designing shop window displays). The ability to remain calm under pressure and achieve targets is essential to ensure our Orpington shop operates smoothly. Your role will involve a range of duties, from handling stock and donations to using internal systems and external platforms confidently.
