I’m working on a contract assignment for a business investing heavily in streamlining their revenue operations through Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM . They’re after a hands-on QA / UAT Lead who can take ownership of quality and user testing across a business-critical transformation programme.
This is a hybrid role with just 1 day a week onsite in Gerrards Cross , though fully remote candidates won’t be discounted. The contract kicks off in June and runs for an initial 4–6 months , with scope to extend.
The focus:
You’ll lead end-to-end testing across Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM , ensuring smooth integration and functionality. That includes owning QA strategy, documenting user test scripts , executing UAT , and driving issue resolution in partnership with business and tech teams.
Required Expertise
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Strong hands-on QA experience, with proven ability in both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in testing Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM integrations.
- Experience building test strategies and automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse requirements, develop test strategies and plans, and execute both manual and automated test cases across our Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM platforms.
- Design, implement, and enhance test automation frameworks using appropriate Salesforce testing tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with teams including Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Order Management, and Legal to ensure complete test coverage based on real-world use cases.
- Ensure business requirements are accurately mapped to functional specifications with adequate test coverage.
- Perform both functional and non-functional testing to validate system performance and reliability.
- Lead a small team of QA testers, providing guidance on best practices and tracking progress on manual and automated test efforts.
- Identify, document, and manage defects using issue tracking tools (e.g. Salesforce Tracker), working closely with the Bluewave implementation team to ensure timely resolution.
