Working Hours: Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 Saturdays | Approx. 4045 hours per week | 07:00 start time

We are currently recruiting for a Medical Delivery Driver to join a national medical distribution company based in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in the healthcare supply chain, delivering essential medical items to both residential and healthcare settings. The role offers long‑term stability, weekly pay, and the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 3,550 small, temperature‑sensitive packages per day
• Use a multi‑temperature van (provided by the company)
• Transport medical supplies to homes and healthcare facilities
• Complete all deliveries accurately and on time
• Provide excellent customer service to vulnerable individuals
• Adhere to company policies and delivery standards

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 minor points
• No driving convictions
• Ability to pass a Basic DBS / Criminal Record Check
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
• Multi‑drop experience preferred, especially in medical or sensitive deliveries
• Able to work independently and follow structured routes
