All about the Family Hubs Programme
The Family Hubs programme provides support to families with children aged 0-19 or up to 25 if SEND. The programme aims to give every child the best start in life and focuses primarily on the delivery of services from conception to primary school, including collaboration with services that work with families with older children up to adulthood.
