Your new role at NewDay
Lead core partners and be responsible for the optimisation of our technological infrastructure used for acquisition, covering marketing channels such as aggregator partnerships, search, display and social media. You’ll ensure that your partners deliver campaigns and support the acquisition team with technical projects
You’ll deliver
- The optimisation of our decisioning API with partners and lead our technical projects to help the wider team grow our capabilities across pricing and product change.
Campaigns (with team and partners) on time and to budget and support roadmap projects across pricing and product change. With a clear test and learn plan in place, you’ll use results from measuring all points in the customer journey to build your future strategy and plans.
The Acquisition Operations strategy to support the Acquisition channels operational capability to maximise the potential across direct and partnerships.
Control frameworks for the partner channel including monthly check MI, attestations and post live checks. Work closely with Legal and Compliance team to ensure compliance in all aspects of marketing activity – creative, partner control, reporting etc.
Strategies with internal teams to improve customer experience, leading to better customer outcomes and funnel conversion.
