We are delighted to be recruiting for a Group Management Accountant to join a thriving and growing organisation based in Pocklington. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and supportive finance team at a time of significant growth, with the company continuing to expand both organically and through recent acquisitions. The role has become available due to an internal promotion, reflecting the companys strong track record of developing and progressing their people. The Role Reporting into the Central Finance function, you will take ownership of group-level management accounts and reporting. Youll focus on areas such as: Group property costs, including rents, insurance, maintenance and service charges. General group overheads and central costings. Preparation of monthly management accounts with insightful analysis and commentary. Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and cost control. The Candidate Were looking for an experienced Management Accountant looking for a new challenge in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business. Ideally, you will be: A qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or qualified by experience. Experienced in management accounting, with strong technical skills and attention to detail. Confident working with large data sets and liaising with stakeholders across the business. Organised, proactive and able to adapt to changing priorities. Whats on Offer Salary: £45,000 £50,000, depending on experience. Office-based role in Pocklington with on-site parking. Excellent progression opportunities within a growing organisation.
