Technical Innovation & Change Analyst London – Hybrid 2 days Salary – £55,000 – £60,000 per annum A fast-growing private clinic in London is seeking a Technical Innovation & Change Analyst to support ongoing business improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technical systems and change management, who excel in dynamic environments and can make a significant impact independently. Key Responsibilities and Skills: Analyse and assess technical changes: Use existing frameworks to evaluate the impact of proposed technical changes on systems, processes, and applications. Lead technical change implementations: Oversee and execute change initiatives, collaborating with suppliers and internal IT teams. Develop change management plans: Create and manage plans to implement technical changes with minimal operational disruption. Communicate change strategies: Clearly convey plans and updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. Support users: Assist approximately 60+ users with technical changes through documentation, training workshops, and guides. Manage risks: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure seamless integration: Support the user community in adopting technical changes into workflows. Experience required: Business software configuration, change management, IT support, or technical business analysis. Experience with Advanced Excel (pivot tables, etc.) is a plus. Interested?
