We’re seeking a results-driven professional to accelerate business growth by working closely with key channel partners to uncover and develop new opportunities for our client. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of these opportunities within their designated seat count, with a strong focus on high-value end customers.
You will be responsible for managing engagement with approximately 20–40 key channel partners, including potential strategic partners, while overseeing a pipeline of 100–200 opportunities per quarter across various stages. This includes full accountability for opportunity management within defined seat count limits per country.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with both standard partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), with the support of your manager and senior colleagues. A core focus will be the proactive use of the Workplace Solutions Agreement (WSA) to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing business opportunities.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Partner Account Manager:
- Conduct market research and utilise WSA with support from senior colleagues.
- Independently drive key initiatives to grow market share and revenue.
- Profile major accounts to uncover deeper opportunities.
- Build and maintain stronger relationships with senior stakeholders in channel accounts.
- Act as a main point of contact for partner engagement.
- Define and execute business plans, including Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Collaborate with sales, senior leadership, and marketing to support growth initiatives.
- Promote value-added solutions to maximise revenue from existing base.
- Ensure offers are customer-focussed, competitive and delivered on time.
- Identify and address partner performance gaps and opportunities.
- Forecast accurately on a weekly basis.
- Recruit, enable, and develop key Distributors, Resellers, and System Integrators.
- Monitor competitors and maintain a strategic advantage.
- Use CRM tools to track partner activity, pipeline, and performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue and KPI targets.
