We are seeking an organised, proactive and articulate Personal Assistant to support our Director in the smooth and professional running of our growing consultancy. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but dynamic team that works with clients and candidates across the UK, Middle East and Asia.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Arranging interviews and meetings
- Diary and inbox management
- Coordinating with international clients and candidates
- Supporting marketing activities
- Contributing to administrative and operational efficiencies including automations and planning
The role is fully office based in South Croydon and may occasionally require flexibility beyond standard hours according to business needs.
