Opportunity for a talented Corporate Solicitor 2-5 years PQE who will have a focus on M&A work, PE and Investment work to join this firm's Cheltenham office.

Due to continued expansion, this firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor 2-5 years PQE to further strengthen their corporate offering out of Cheltenham. You will work across a broad range of corporate transactional work including but not limited to M&A, PE, joint ventures and third-party investments. The team wants someone who is passionate about business development, as they will give you the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry. Therefore, you must have advanced communication skills and a genuine entrepreneurial flair. You will be given a high level of exposure from the outset and a platform to raise your profile within the corporate space with the support of industry-leading partners.
