Team Member - Hinckley

Cineworld Hinckley is looking for outgoing dynamic people who thrive in working in diverse environments and have the customer journey at the heart of everything they do. 5 Screen Cinema and Baskin Robbins.

Current pay rates are £10.60 to £11.68 per hour (dependent on age).

Applicants must have availability for key business periods e.g. weeknights up to midnight and weekends from 9am to midnight. We will not be able to accept availability which is less than these requirements.

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for making sure every customer has an unrivalled cinema experience. You’ll be out there as the face of Cineworld, meeting, greeting and providing a superior standard of service to our customers in various offer areas. Whether selling tickets, selling freshly prepared popcorn, or showing people to their seats, you and your teammates will ensure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Cash Handling
2. Food Handling (Including Stock Replenishment)
3. Cleaning
4. Heavy Lifting
5. Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
6. Increasing Sales
7. Maintaining Standards
8. Following Policies and Procedures
9. Dealing Face to Face with large Groups of People
