Responsibilities

• Bartender at Turtle Bay — Create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, relaxed, and uplifted, like the easygoing feel of a Caribbean beach bar.
• Live the Turtle Bay DNA: embody vibrant culture and values to welcome guests in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
• Menu Excellence: Display expert knowledge of Turtle Bay’s cocktail and rum collection; confidently recommend drinks and share stories and inspirations behind each creation.
• Create Memorable Guest Experiences: Make genuine connections through personalised greetings, warm hospitality, and thoughtful touches; make every guest feel valued and leave a lasting impression.
• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Approach every interaction with a “yes to the guest” mindset; go the extra mile with enthusiasm and attentiveness to understand and anticipate guest needs.
• Quality and Caribbean Flair: Craft each drink with passion, creativity, and care; celebrate the Caribbean inspiration and uphold high standards in every aspect of the guest experience.

You will improve your understanding of your role through training, tailored courses, and a structured sign-off process, ensuring you have all the tools and knowledge you need.
