Senior Consultant + – Hays Legal Inhouse – (Salary dependent on experience) – Central London

Due to a relocation, a rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Consultant to join the Professional Services business on a large desk, with 3 counterparts assisting perm placements. This is a suitable opportunity for a Senior Consultant or above to take over a significant opportunity to grow a \”business within a business\”.

The desk operates within the Inhouse legal markets. We have 3 perm consultants on the permanent side and have recently seen high demand for temporary workers. We are investing in the temporary business as there is growth in this space. Historically, this desk had a £30k DB, which has decreased due to lack of experienced leadership. We need someone experienced to manage the high demand for this work, build further, and influence rates heavily, with an average margin of 24% (including contracted rates).

This is an exciting opportunity to take over a high-potential desk with significant billing capacity. You will work alongside a top national legal biller and a team of 10 consultants who foster a collaborative and supportive culture. The legal market in London has rebounded strongly, with current figures exceeding previous periods, indicating robust growth and opportunity.
