Are you an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in Hard FM and a solid technical understanding of building services? We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable professional to oversee the day-to-day management and operational performance of a diverse property portfolio for a leading organisation in the facilities and services sector.
About the Role: As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of commercial properties, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You will manage service delivery across hard FM disciplines, coordinate technical maintenance works, and liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hard FM operations across a multi-site property portfolio.
- Manage technical building services, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
- Monitor contractor performance and manage supplier relationships.
