Production Operative – Full Time
Location: Haverhill
Hours: Rotating AM / PM Shift pattern 06.00 - 14.00 / 14.00 - 22.00
We are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable Production Operatives to join a growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are confident working in a busy warehouse environment and enjoy taking on a variety of tasks including picking, packing, forklift driving, and general warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general production operations, ensuring the workspace remains clean and organised
- Carry out picking and packing duties accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklift trucks in a safe and controlled manner (valid licence required)
- Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and support overall productivity
- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other production duties as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months production experience is essential
- A valid forklift licence is highly advantageous
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, rotating AM / PM shift pattern, with flexibility for weekend overtime
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically fit and happy lifting up to 25kg on a regular basis
- Immediate availability preferred
