Access Talent Group are looking for a Trainee AutoCAD Technician who is keen to get into Structural Engineering. We are looking for someone who has a keen interest within building structures. This opportunity will allow you to work on a range of exciting and challenging projects covering traditional engineering sectors such as education, residential, commercial and healthcare. The opportunity will allow a career path that is flexible and understanding of personal commitments, with support and motivation towards achieving personal development and career goals.

Responsibilities:

• Producing detailed drawings, arrangements and models of building structures under the guidance of a Line manager.
• Working closely with supporting Technicians.
• Learning new software such as AutoCAD.
• Technically communicating with fellow colleagues.

Candidate Profile:

• Willingness to learn and ask questions.
• An interest in Building design and CAD in construction.
• Good work ethic.
• Basic Experience with AutoCAD.
• Basic Experience with Microsoft Office Software.
