Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices. Tech Stack Ruby on Rails 7 PostgreSQL Hotwire Tailwind CSS RSpec Heroku Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Ruby developer. Proven experience working in a fast-paced development environment with Ruby on Rails. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Experience with JavaScript languages is a plus. Personal projects or hackathon experience are desirable. Benefits Salary range of £80,000 – £110,000, negotiable based on experience. Flexible salary package with options to include share options.
