As an NPD Technologist, you will play a key role in supporting two NPD Project Managers in the development and launch of new and existing products. This role offers a dynamic and hands-on opportunity to work within a fast-paced food innovation environment, collaborating with various teams across the business.
Responsibilities
- Support New Product Development and Existing Product Development launches
- Organise product panels, ensuring outcomes are communicated to the team
- Evaluate and critique new product concepts
- Manage product samples and sample deliveries from bakeries
- Lead shelf life validation and report micro / organoleptic findings
- Help write detailed Quality Attribute Specs for new product launches
- Review & panel competitor launches and support with product research
- Monitor trends and create new recipe inspiration for customer visits and events
- Work closely and build strong relationships with other departments and other Grupo Bimbo sites
- Future opportunity to lead development project, attend bakery visits and build relationships with our bakery partners
