Job Opportunity: CloudCX Chatbot Developer

Our international client is seeking a skilled CloudCX Chatbot Developer for a 12-month freelance B2B contract, with a high likelihood of extension. This role is hybrid, based in Bristol, requiring on-site presence 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy chatbots on the Genesys CloudCX platform to automate customer interactions across multiple channels.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective chatbot workflows.
3. Implement natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to enable conversational interactions and improve user experience.
4. Integrate chatbots with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services for seamless end-to-end solutions.
5. Continuously optimize chatbot performance based on user feedback and analytics.

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Proven experience developing chatbots or virtual assistants using Genesys CloudCX or similar platforms.
2. Strong understanding of NLP techniques, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.
3. Experience integrating chatbots with backend systems, APIs, and databases.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
5. Mandatory experience in Chatbot/IVR development.
6. Knowledge of Docker, Microservices, Software Engineering, and Design Architecture.
7. Ability to create UML diagrams.
