Catch 22 are working with a Facilities Management organisation who are seeking a Health & Safety Compliance Administrator to manage and maintain compliance and documentation across their property portfolio. Working in Manchester City Centre, the successful candidate will have experience working with health and safety documentation and possess strong administrative skills, ensuring accurate management of records and compliance.
Details of the role:
- Manage and coordinate building safety related information, review and form the safety records.
- Carry out research and consult relevant guidance.
- Undertake Administrative tasks including drafting reports, data management & continuous CPD.
- Any other duties as required by the role.
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years' previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience with Facilities Management or property - e.g., housing, building maintenance, asset management, compliance, or health & safety.
- Possess key fire & safety understanding with a willingness to further develop their knowledge.
- Excellent administration skills with attention to detail and strong data management and interpersonal abilities.
- Seek support from colleagues when required.
- IOSH or NEBOSH would be beneficial.
Role Benefits:
- A permanent 37.5-hour contract.
- Salary £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday role.
