Job Description:

Our leading client is seeking a Data Insights Analyst with a strong background in the Healthcare industry. You will work on a range of projects, conducting ad-hoc analysis to support specific areas such as Business Development proposals and performance reviews. Your role will involve developing dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate and provide business insights.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Understanding business data needs and delivering analytical solutions that drive new and repeat business.
2. Analyzing and preparing healthcare data from various internal databases, ensuring accuracy.
3. Understanding healthcare data systems, standards, and terminology, including NHS datasets, clinical coding (ICD-10, OPCS), and operational data.
4. Working with large, complex datasets, including patient data and prescription data.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in analyzing healthcare data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Power BI, and Python.
• Knowledge of the UK healthcare system, including NHS and private healthcare sectors.
