About the Job

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Brand Experience to lead the global brand experience agenda for Old El Paso at General Mills.

What Your Role Is

You’ll lead the end-to-end brand experience strategy, embedding our “Building Iconic Brands” framework across markets to ensure consistency, distinctiveness, and relevance globally.

You’ll create and deliver best-in-class global campaigns, building strong partnerships with creative and media agencies and amplifying central brand ideas across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll sit on the BDT Leadership Team as a key business partner to the Marketing Director, influencing senior stakeholders across brand, innovation, sales, insights, media, and key markets.

You’ll balance short-term activation with long-term brand health, anchor planning in deep consumer understanding, and drive cultural relevance through agile, breakthrough ideas. You’ll also lead and develop your team, setting clear strategic direction and building strong capability.

What You Will Bring To The Team

You are a highly accomplished professional with significant creative experience, ideally within a high-profile creative agency or agency-client partnership.

You bring a proven track record of developing and delivering masterbrand campaigns — from brief through to production — that have driven strong commercial results across multiple brands and international markets, ideally across Europe or Australia. You’re a strategic thinker with a clear point of view on brand and the ability to shape and evolve a brand narrative to resonate across different cultures and local market contexts.

You bring strong storytelling and influencing skills, the ability to work confidently in complex, matrixed organisations, and the commercial acumen to connect creativity to business results. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, curious by nature, and passionate about building iconic brands through powerful consumer experiences.
