Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Director’s Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our business by fostering relationships with advertising agencies and brands across London, Amsterdam, and Europe. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a passion for connecting directors with compelling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with advertising agencies and brand clients to secure new business opportunities.
• Director Promotion: Showcase our directors’ portfolios to potential clients, tailoring presentations to align with client needs.
• Talent Scouting: Identify and recruit emerging directing talent to enhance our roster.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, agency movements, and potential opportunities for collaboration.
• Networking: Attend industry events, screenings, and meetings to promote our directors and services.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategies for market expansion and brand positioning.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the advertising or production industry.
• Strong network of contacts within advertising agencies and brand marketing departments across Europe.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for film, advertising, and the creative process.
