Our client is a leading global financial services company with a broad range of successful products covering both B2C and B2B markets. They are hiring a London based Head of Marketing Automation which is a key role in their marketing senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a high performing marketing technology and transformation team focused on Adobe products.
  • Lead the development of new capabilities.
  • Drive email marketing operations through the Adobe Marketo system.
  • Manage marketing workflow.
  • Lead marketing analytics and insights generation to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Develop reporting and analytics frameworks to track performance.
