Danaher & Walsh is a long-established civil engineering contractor operating across the Midlands, East Anglia and Lincolnshire, which is experiencing ongoing growth. Due to this increased level of business, an opportunity has arisen for additional operatives to work on our contract with Anglian Water.

About the role

We are seeking skilled and motivated Patching, Lining & Robotic Cutting Drainage Operatives to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in the above, we want to hear from you! (If you don’t have experience but you do have the right attitude, training could be given to the right candidate).

What We’re Looking For

Working as a team, we will revolutionise the industry with our high-performance, no-dig repair solutions for damaged drainage and sewer pipes and rising main solutions.

Experience

1. Experience in Lining, Patch Repairs, Robotic Cutting, Ambient Lining, Resin, UV Lining, Jetting, and CCTV is desirable.
2. Appropriate CSCS card holder.
3. Full UK Driving License.
4. Confined Space trained.
5. Must be flexible as you will be required to carry out a reasonable amount of overtime.
6. Be willing to work nights occasionally, weekends, and early starts as we operate 24/7.
7. Experience in CIPR or CIPP installation.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
10. Good customer service and communication skills.
11. Ability to work within a physically demanding environment.
12. Commitment to quality installations of patch repairs and sewer lining.
13. Carry out works with a “right first time” mentality.

Desirable Qualifications / Experience

1. Trained first aider.
2. Accredited Streetworks card holder.
3. SSSTS.

Pay

£31,500 – £38,000 a year basic. Job type – Full-time. Day shift work pattern with occasional night shift requirements. Company pension. Salary sacrifice schemes.
