Sue Ross Legal are working with a regional law firm who are looking to recruit into their busy conveyancing department. We are recruiting for a Conveyancing Administrator to join their Sheffield office with duties including;
- Opening new client files including conducting conflict checks
- Preparing and sending out conveyancing documents including contracts
- Requesting title deeds and office copies
- Requesting redemption figures from lenders
- Audio typing general correspondence.
- Preparing client reports
- Processing SDLT returns
- Applying for searches
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience gained within the conveyancing department, have a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
