IMI CIB - Structured Finance - Analyst

Job Responsibilities Assist team leaders in the negotiation and execution of structured finance transactions. Provide analytical and modelling support to deal team members in transactions. Contribute to credit, financial, market, and technical analysis; undertake administrative/internal processes (internal rating, pricing, KYC, etc.); and support the team during the credit process. Contribute to producing credit applications and engagement committee papers. Collaborate with other product teams, such as syndications, DCM, derivatives, etc., for joint origination and cross-selling purposes. Support in managing and monitoring a portfolio of structured finance assets. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, management, accounting, or engineering. Background in credit analysis and financial modelling. Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong credit, analytical, and financial modelling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with internal and external counterparts. Ability to analyze transactions, conduct due diligence, and identify industry/market trends.
