Job Description:

We are seeking a M&A Analyst/Corporate Finance Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of M&A and advisory projects, gaining comprehensive deal experience on both buy-side and sell-side mandates. You will collaborate closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support team members on live deals by conducting research and preparing transaction materials
• Prepare Information Memoranda, business plans, and financial models
• Research and analyze potential buyers, acquisition targets, and valuations
• Contribute to business development and networking activities
• Manage your workload and communicate progress effectively
• Attend client meetings and assist in preparation and follow-up
• Develop technical and commercial skills through practical experience
• Assist in preparing pitch documents and market research

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong accounting background with experience in Corporate Finance, preferably within Private Equity, M&A, or related sectors. ACCA/CA qualifications are advantageous or a willingness to pursue them.
• Commercial mindset : Ability to identify opportunities and think strategically.
• Attention to detail : Accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Proactive and driven : Initiative-taker with a strong work ethic.
• Collaborative skills : Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including AML and FCA Conduct rules.
