Job Description:

We’re partnering with a highly regarded, owner-led real estate business to appoint a Senior or Associate-level Development Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a financially robust and entrepreneurial company with a growing pipeline of projects across residential, build-to-rent, office, and hotel sectors.

Based in central London, the business is built around a collaborative and high-performing team, with a culture that values autonomy, responsibility, and trust. This role would suit someone ready to take on greater ownership, leading the delivery of complex projects from inception to completion. This won’t be a limiting role – you’ll have a direct impact on the ongoing success and growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of multiple high-value development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Take full accountability for project timelines, budget, risk management, and quality.
• Prepare and present progress reports and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8–10 years of project management experience in real estate, with a strong background in residential and office developments.
• Previous exposure to front-end development would be advantageous.
• A technical background in building surveying or a similar discipline, with solid project management experience.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle project management across multiple high-value schemes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve complex challenges.
• Client-facing experience and a high level of autonomy in driving project success.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sense of accountability and leadership.
