Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Trustees of the Brickfields Trust are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspiring CEO to embrace our vision and values, and build on the strong foundations already in place. Our new CEO will provide inspirational, strategic leadership, which will ensure the continued success of the trust and its academies. Responsible for the improvement of educational standards and effective use of resources, the CEO will oversee the effective and compliant management of the trust and its member academies. The successful candidate will: Provide strong strategic leadership towards the trust’s vision and strategic aims Build an open, transparent, and effective relationship with the governing board, its committees, and academy leaders Be accountable for all aspects of school improvement, quality of education, and pupil outcomes across the trust Ensure that the trust is viewed as an “employer of choice” and is staffed by talented individuals at all levels Ensure organisational sustainability and compliance Build effective relationships and clearly communicate the ambitions of the trust This role provides an exciting opportunity to develop the strategic direction of our Trust. The new CEO will be supported by a strong and effective central team, highly-skilled school leaders, and a committed and experienced Board of Trustees and Members.
