Head Chef - High End Production

This is a unique opportunity for a Head Chef to join a relatively new yet rapidly growing business.

As Head Chef, you will help deliver consistently high standards. The role is primarily production-focused, working with the finest ingredients to create modern dishes inspired by different cuisines for UHNW clientele.

The role of Head Chef:

• Play a vital role in crafting innovative dishes for high-profile clients.
• Work with the Founder to develop and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage procurement and sourcing of premium produce and specialty ingredients.
• Lead a small team of Chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

We are looking for a Head Chef who:

• Has leadership experience in Michelin-standard restaurants and quality catering environments, ideally with diverse cuisines.
• Experience with production is beneficial but not essential.
• Possesses excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Has availability to work 5 days out of 7, with straight shifts and every other weekend off.
• Is flexible to adapt to changing requirements.
• Has a strong eye for detail, with a commitment to food safety, hygiene, and dietary needs.
