Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Front of House Waiting Staff at Piatto Bistro, located in Helston. The role involves greeting and seating customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience. Additional duties include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage service
• Knowledge of Food Service standards
• Basic cooking skills are a plus
• Team-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
