The Role
This is a multi-faceted, non-sales position built around three key areas:
- Ownership of the candidate experience
- CRM and operational infrastructure management
- Strategic resourcing support
You’ll work at the intersection of people, process, and performance, supporting consultants, managing our candidate journey, and helping to shape internal operations. You’ll have the autonomy to identify improvements, test ideas, and implement new ways of working. This role is ideal for someone from a recruitment delivery or operations background looking to step into a more strategic and impactful role.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Experience
- Map and manage the full end-to-end candidate journey
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality, human approach to candidate engagement
- Build thoughtful automations to improve communication without losing personal touch
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve experience design
- Work with consultants to drive better response rates and candidate satisfaction
CRM, Data & Operational Support
- Maintain structure, accuracy, and compliance in our CRM (Seven20)
- Create workflows and automations that support consultant productivity
- Generate reports and insights to guide team strategy
- Support with job advertising and campaign materials
Resourcing & Talent Delivery
- Act as the lead resourcing partner on retained and exclusive assignments
- Use advanced search techniques on LinkedIn and CRM platforms
- Build longlists and shortlists tailored to client briefs
- Engage and screen candidates to assess alignment
- Prepare high-quality candidate summaries and reports
- Maintain warm talent pools and manage pipeline health
- Support scheduling, feedback coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Review and enhance sourcing strategies
- Analyse funnel and placement data for insights
- Create training content and sourcing guides
- Contribute to DE&I initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
- Recommend new tools and channels to improve quality and speed of hire
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency setting or Inhouse TA team (operations, delivery, or 180 recruitment)
- Confident building shortlists, running searches, or managing CRM systems
- Comfortable supporting delivery against client timelines and expectations
