Role:

MEP Operations Manager

What you\’ll do:

• Develop and implement controls on projects to ensure full compliance with the Project Execution Plan.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and management teams.
• Coordinate with other Operations Managers to ensure consistency across projects and proper interface management.
• Generate regular reports and maintain records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan ahead with sectional teams to prevent problems and escalate key issues to senior management as needed.
• Understand, develop, and scrutinize project schedules, set milestones, and define key deliverables. Lead the implementation of the overall project plan, including contingency plans.

What you\’ll bring to the role:

• Knowledge and experience managing multiple disciplines and work sequences.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale MEP contracts.
• Formal H&S training certifications, minimum SMSTS.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects.
• Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures for complete MEPH installations.
