We are currently seeking an organised and driven Project Support Officer to join our dynamic team based in Watford. Role Overview: The Project Support Officer will play a pivotal role in assisting the project management team in the delivery of complex industrial and commercial construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile builds and develop a career within a thriving contractor business. Key Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date project drawing registers and directories Carry out monthly ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 audits and commercial QMS/BMS audits Support the production and collation of O&M manuals and compliance documentation Ensure SharePoint data management and Smart Waste portal updates are maintained Assist in the preparation of monthly client meeting packs Coordinate site folder set-up, environmental reporting, and project displays Support the collation and management of delivery tickets and project records Ensure weekly team meetings are minuted and distributed Help project teams maintain compliance with HSEQ/accreditation requirements Support with project close-out and archiving processes Uphold our Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Requirements: Previous experience in a similar support role within construction, engineering, or a related industry is advantageous. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
