RECRUITMENT RESEARCH ANALYST

You have:

A little note about experience and qualifications…

If you’re an exceptional candidate, we won’t hold a lack of experience against you. However, experience in executive search, the financial sector, or sales would be advantageous.

We’re looking for a candidate with a good bachelor’s degree.

You’ll be finding the very best candidates and reaching out to them over the phone, then screening and interviewing to ensure suitability.

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with top candidates in relevant industries is your main focus:

• Mapping candidate pools from relevant companies
• Growing our network by compiling contact lists from databases and internet searches
• Managing the logistics and admin of assignments
• Database inputting and information gathering (attention to detail is key!)
