We are actively seeking a Guest Services Assistant who will deliver exceptional service throughout the entire guest journey. You’ll be the first to greet our guests, so strong customer service skills are a must!

Rooming our guests on arrival and providing them with information on the hotel, local amenities, and services will be key tasks in this exciting role.

Role Responsibilities

The Guest Services Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting guests to ensure they receive a warm welcome and are provided with all the relevant information they need for their stay
  • Managing arrivals and departures, ensuring that all guest and function accounts are correct and settled at departure
  • Providing consistent and personal guest service that encourages repeat business
  • Anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and creating innovative solutions to issues that arise
  • Providing courteous and professional service, using guests’ names at every opportunity
