I specialise in working with young adults aged 18 to 25 but am happy to work with any age. I offer client-led neuroaffirmative counselling that is adapted to suit your individual needs.

I offer sessions in person in South London and online.

I am experienced in working with autism, neurodiversity, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, dissociation, grief, and relationship issues among others.

As a late diagnosed autistic person, I understand the importance of finding a therapist who understands how hard it is to find a practitioner who suits your needs. I am experienced in working with those who are in the process of getting a diagnosis or have recently been diagnosed.
