Trainee Field Service Engineer

Location: Crawley

Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 Basic + Bonus + Overtime (OTE £36,000) + Full Training + Qualifications + Company Van + Fuel Card

Your Role as a Trainee Field Service Engineer:

  1. Covering a local patch at customer sites
  2. Receiving OEM (manufacturer) training to ensure full competency on all products (internal and external)
  3. Installing, maintaining, and servicing company equipment
  4. Performing hands-on mechanical engineering work, with some electrical tasks

Requirements for a Trainee Field Service Engineer:

  1. Hands-on mechanical, electro-mechanical, or electrical engineering skills—fitting, assembly, or similar experience (all considered)
  2. Motivation and positive attitude towards learning and development
  3. Full driving license
  4. Willing to travel locally as part of the role
