Trainee Field Service Engineer
Location: Crawley
Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 Basic + Bonus + Overtime (OTE £36,000) + Full Training + Qualifications + Company Van + Fuel Card

Your Role as a Trainee Field Service Engineer:
- Covering a local patch at customer sites
- Receiving OEM (manufacturer) training to ensure full competency on all products (internal and external)
- Installing, maintaining, and servicing company equipment
- Performing hands-on mechanical engineering work, with some electrical tasks
Requirements for a Trainee Field Service Engineer:
- Hands-on mechanical, electro-mechanical, or electrical engineering skills—fitting, assembly, or similar experience (all considered)
- Motivation and positive attitude towards learning and development
- Full driving license
- Willing to travel locally as part of the role
