Our client, a global chemical company, is seeking to hire a Gatehouse Security Officer to join their team at their manufacturing plant located in Newport, South Wales. As the Gatehouse Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and safe site, ensuring compliance with site expectations. Salary: £29880 Shift Work Responsibilities: Undertake day-to-day tasks to maintain a secure and safe site. Operate a computerised weighbridge system. Adhere to communication requirements and maintain records of delivery and other necessary gate records. Manage access control and gate duties, including staff and vehicle searches, traffic management, and car park duties. Conduct building patrols.
