2x Identity Access Management Specialist required for a market-leading bank. The role will be centred around enhancement of their IAM/PAM function and capabilities. Role Overview: Working with a variety of colleagues to help shape and deliver the IAM/PAM roadmap. Implement process improvements to improve efficiencies and reduce risk. Ensure only appropriate and relevant access is in place to enable employees to fulfil their role requirements. Working in a fast-paced area supporting major Bank initiatives as well as day-to-day administration activities. Ensure compliance with the IAM elements of the Information Security Policy Standard, Access Control Standards and associated Access Governance Framework. Skills: User administration experience in providing platform access. Project/user experience especially around PAM & CyberArk. Great understanding of Information Security and Policy Standards. User administration experience in more than one of the following platforms: Active Directory/RACF/Unix (Unix preferred). Cloud Environment experience (Entra/Azure). Proven experience in implementing IAM control improvements across multiple technical disciplines. Be a self-starter, well organised and able to work independently or part of a team. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated, demonstrating a professional ‘can do’ attitude. Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication & influencing skills, with an ability to manage internal and external relationships.
